Instructions for use:
clipping should be done on machines suitable for collagen casings with the use of appropriate clips
casings must be soaked in a 10% salt solution in the temperature of ca. 20�C for 15 minutes before use (for wrinkled and printed casings soaking time should be extended)
smoking temperature should not exceed 90�C; boiling in steam should be performed with a slow increase of the temperature inside the product (15-20 minutes at the temperature of 60�C, and then up to max. 75�C)
